Do you know what i would do, send it to that Competiton Commissioner email link I sent you the other day, AS WELL.
They wanted to hear of peoples stories and complaints on this matter, and being as you have spent time producing such a good letter covering all these important points, especially this totally confusing situation of who sold what , then let them hear about it and all the stress its caused you.
The more people you tell the better!

Today was the day that Walker Morris Solicitors should have sent to the court and to me their documentation, re the court case. There was nothing in the post. And to make matters worse, the MCOL site is down. So I will have to ring up my local court tomorrow. to see what is happening.

God, i cannot wait for an answer from the FOS as i am living this, breathing it, sleeping it and eating it. My hubby gets in from work and its the first thing i talk about. Its eating me up really.

Its the WAY you copy and paste though...lol..
Never mind Martins template letters !
We all use Laini's template letters theyre BRILL :T
Martin is the king of template letters :money: BUT Laini is Queen :A

By now, every company who receives a SAR request must be thinking I've read this somewhere before....its that bl**dy Laini again....lmao:D

I dont know if this is the layout but paragraph it up so they can see the statements you are making - if you have already done that please ignore me

On saying that Kaia most of the refusals from these companies are also templates of the exact same letter. Just goes to show how seriously they take our complaints. (not):mad:

It is paragraphed more than my copy paste and thanks for taking an interest. Going to post tomorrow unless M colak or anyone else has anything to say on it to help. Going to chill now for 10 before some sleep. Night all and thanks to everyone that is supporting me. xx
