PPI Reclaiming discussion Part II

Signing off now as my head is spinning here. I want to get a day in at home tomorrow doing something other than this...if i can... cause its made me ill to tell you the truth. I can't cope anymore. I just wish they had not banked my hopes up again and they did. My hubby got in last night and I told him and the kids that we were going to be able to settle a bit but not no more. I was banking on this one. I know I should not have done but I truely thought this would be a clean case cut and dried. I thought that there was no way FOS would side with FIrstplus but they have twice with me without even going into the complaint. There is something fishy here about this and I want to know why they have done this to me. Companies can do just what they want and the FOS does not care less... they let them get away with everything.

I will get to the bottom of it and I am going to have to have a rest first as like I say, I have a bad head again. Its sending me mental....

And yes I agree this one should not be left, and rest first like you said.;)

Yeah, why not.. cause its the FOS who have made this one up just for me. I made my complaint about unfair settlement and unfair rebate. As you can see by the letter that someone dragged up earlier it was about a number of things and they completely ignored the rebate bit when they replied. I then sent the FOS copies of my letters to Firstplus so they knew that I had complained about the rebate but inside a letter with numerous complaints in. I then on 4th October reminded Firstplus by way of another letter enclosing my orginal letter about unfair rebate just in case they said to the FOS that I had not made a complaint about it. They have not replied to it as they had already given me a final response and that is it.

I will ask the FOS that though, its a very good point but guarantee they will have an answer to it...

I have a good mind to email the caseworker and ask if I should do this (pursue with the insurers) and see what they say to that.

In fact I will ask, is it the lender or the insurer regarding an unfair rebate and see what they come back with.......:rolleyes: , what do you think ?;)

Yeah Di do it, let me know what they say here. Like I say, I think they have just singled mine out for some reason and its probably cause I resubmitted after being told it was not under jurisdiction. (went against their decision)

Yours is not classed as resubmtted as your nemo one was against nemo and the reason why you could not claim the two loans from one complaint is that these were with two different companies and you had to write to the other. Its not been submitted once and then again like mine. I was confused when you said you had had to do the same. It was only cause yours was sold to you by someone different on the second loan...Thats is why you could not include this in your first complaint.

This is about Endeavour hun not Nemo lol.:D

I had sent in a mis selling complaint about Endeavour to start with a few months back, but it was sent back to me because they were not covered, and it should have been them of the broker Click I should have complained about and not Endeavour anyway, but due to them dissolving I could not do so, so it'e Endeavour again because of the unfair rebate.;)

I will let you know as soon as I hear.
