Di, how have you worked these out?

I can't make out if there was a rebate here?

Thats a huge amount , have they got it?

I rang Central capital and they bent over backwards to help me. I was told to email a letter to them in case they don't receive the one from future and given a direct line telephone number. It made a refreshing change not to be fobbed off
Don't be praising them too early. Just cause they have "good" customer service does not mean that they will honour your complaint. Bespoke Finance were very polite and also Barclays Firstplus.

If you did use a broker then you make your complaint against the broker and not the lender. Good luck and give us a shout if you need anything.
  • Hi i am a new comer and i wonder if anyone can help me. I had an overdraft with lloyds tsb and had insurance cover on it with cardiff pinnacle, this was done through the bank.
Last year my husband was terminally ill and i was off work with stress. I rang cardiff pinnacle and explained my situation and was told that i could not claim with stress unless i was under a psychaitrist. I cancelled the insurance and i want to know if i have grounds to claim the money back.

Yes we settled on August 18th this year so we made 19 payments.
How much rebate did you get against the insurance when you settled??
