Basically for £35 a month you get 2Meg download and there TV service with replay feature, handy if you keep missing Eastenders. The VMX Music Video serivce is also superb. 5000 Music videos on demand and you can create your own personal playlists, one for each member of the family :P
As for the quality its actually very good, but not always as good as a top-notch cable connection. It should be much better once MP4 is rolled out later this year / early next year.
