setting up nokia 2630 on Orange

I've just bought the above phone which is locked to Orange. I've got all the settings for sending and receiving mms and photos but cannot get the phone to do what I want it to.
When a photo message is received the phone shows that the message had been sent to an orange website and you need to log on to get the photo. How do I get the phone to actually receive and show the photo message on the phone ?
I can get onto the internet on the phone. Any help would be appreciated as it's now driving me mad

Dont know if its the same with Orange but take a photo or something and send it off your phone to your own number. Thats how it is activated.

. I have now reset the phone to the original factory settings and have downloaded the mms and internet settings again and saved them to the phone. I'll try sending a photo to the same phone once orange see fit to letting me top up the phone - their website for topping up is not working !!
