Is This A Scam???

I have just bought two of these, thinking they are bargains becasue of positive feedback. I have paid using paypal, but I am now seriously worried. Any advice given would be seriously welcomed.

  • I have an even bigger concern now. I paid for one of the phones twice (my mistake) and when I asked for the money back he said it would take 7 days, as he had reached his limit.

I'd file a complaint to paypal straight away on that one you over paid on, say he refuses to return the overpayment, or do it for the whol lot and point out that with hindsight that they are much too cheap and you think it is a scam...(copy a link to a site that sells them sim free and point out they should be £2-300

    for example

if the phone does actually turn up it may be stolen / blacklisted so will get blocked

Is there ever a legitimate reason why someone would make their feedback private? eBay offers the facility so there must be some excuse for it I guess!
Time is an illusion - lunch time doubly so.
  • I have contacted paypal. I think I will lose the £50, I overpayed. As I doubt this will be covered in the buyer protection. I feel like such a fool.

  • The seller in question has now refunded the money overpayed. Does this mean he is legit? Should I contact paypal and tell them this?
