Why or how can Paypal / ebay justify their actions. Three times I have been ripped off by this company after providing proof of postage they have favoured the buyer when the item did not arrive losing me over £200.00 in all. So everything has to be inssured now as a receipt from the Royal Mail is no good.
Rememember. Everyone seems normal until you get to know them.

Proof of posting is not good enough to stop a chargeback, only proof of receipt.

So you either need to send your items Recorded delivery or special delivery, or, as I do, send them ordinary mail but retain a COP. The COP will not stop a chargeback but it enables me to reclaim from the post office so that I am not out of pocket if I ever have to refund a buyer for non receipt.

If using paypal, and indeed ebay, it is well worth knowing what you sign up for before you accept the terms and conditions. Refusing a buyer a refund for non delivery and allowing it to escalate to a chargeback is not good, always try to sort things out before it comes to that.

Yes his searchable titles do need some work don't they? selling something and completely forgetting to put what they are in the title is a bit extreme.

Having said that if the bidder on most of them is a shiller he is a very poor one, he is currently winning virtually all the auctions, which will leave the seller with some huge FVFs. I htink if he is a shiller then someone needs to tell him that the idea is *not* to win.

The only thing against it being shilling is that the bidder has also bid on other bad taste bears from a different seller, so maybe he is a mad keen collector?

LOL - I have been watching these items for the past 24 hrs - funny thing is, is that yesterday the suspicious bidder had only bumbed up the higher value bears - last night he bumped up every single other one - there were at least 20 with no bids - and due to bad listing, very few hits !

Hmm, I may well ask a question myself, I have a couple of throw away id's.
