It's a calculator ..... not a brain surgeon. Do you have the same problem comprehending the vehicle licensing system? They all work the same way.If you want to test the depth of the water .........don't use both feet !0 -

VLS clearly states full months only - TVL doesn't!
What point is there having a calculator if it is only valid for 1 day per month?
Also last I heard VL was an option between 6 month license (paid in one go) or 12 month paid in one go so no calculator required for that.
If the calculator isn't going to give out any meaningful information they may as well just state "if this is your first license the next 6 monly payments willl be 1/6 of the current license fee, after that they will drop to 1/12"
!!!!!! put a "DD calculator" on the website if it can't calculate the DD?!?!I have a poll / discussion on Economy 7 / 10 off-peak usage (as a % or total) and ways to improve it but I'm not allowed to link to it so have a look on the gas/elec forum if you would like to vote or discuss.

I think its more about how they advertise it, all the adds state pay dd - £11 a month (or whatever it is) but then when you set up a dd they neglect to mention its twice that for the first 6months, throws all your budgeting out of whackNew surname New start!
