You can't. How about opening a new bank account somewhere easy so you can get a new bank card? I know it is a lot of hassle but it might be worth it.

I thought it was 3 chargebacks a month but I'd have to check to be sure.

I can't find it in E-Bays t&c's - basically because they're too difficult to read and you can't find the info you want....but I do remember now it was 3 per month. I have had to do 4 this year due to stupid bidders not paying.

I had already posted it here after checking with paypal:
You can file one claim for each PayPal payment. There is a limit of three PayPal Buyer Protection claim refunds per calendar year (January 1 - December 31).

    Dunno how you done 4?!

    Thanks anyway! :)

Smile let me open an account with quite basic info and all sent through the post as well. That was a while ago so I'm not sure what account is considered an 'easy' one to open now. How about asking on the current account forum, they may have some better ideas?

    Good luck with this Angel,

Sorry - only done one claim as a buyer but 4 claims for non-paying buyers - getting myself confused and confusing others in the process.

As regular readers will know I had two parcels coming from the USA on 3-4 day delivery take over a month.

Whoa Hintza. That's crazy! So the post mark was from more than a month from the date you received it? What happened there?
    I know nothing
