You can't. How about opening a new bank account somewhere easy so you can get a new bank card? I know it is a lot of hassle but it might be worth it.

I can't find it in E-Bays t&c's - basically because they're too difficult to read and you can't find the info you want....but I do remember now it was 3 per month. I have had to do 4 this year due to stupid bidders not paying.0

I had already posted it here after checking with paypal:You can file one claim for each PayPal payment. There is a limit of three PayPal Buyer Protection claim refunds per calendar year (January 1 - December 31).

Smile let me open an account with quite basic info and all sent through the post as well. That was a while ago so I'm not sure what account is considered an 'easy' one to open now. How about asking on the current account forum, they may have some better ideas?
