Which company best for PASYG?

I am going to get my 1st mobile. Will use it mainly for incoming calls +outgoing texts. Will do about 60mins of calls a month. Orange weds cinema w/be handy when I have a girlfriend. Anyone else you would recommend?

    this was asked fairly recently, 3Pay from 3UK with the Flat12 plan is probably the best PAYG at the moment.
