V21 is offering 2mb Broadband for £9.98 Per month any advise?

A very lowly 2 GB cap... soon used up on a 2MB connection.
V21 don't get fantastic write ups for service quality either.0 -
I just had a look at their site. This offer only has a 2GB download limit. Their 2Mb unlimited option is £27.99 a month. This is nothing special in terms of a good deal pricewise.How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?
