JSA not paid into my account this month

            Yeah they are obliged to tell you. It would be detailed in a letter if you had any sanction or suspension.
 Sometimes if the JSA team do not clear some work on individual's accounts this can prevent payment going out. The other reasons could be that your entitlement to JSA contribution based has ceased, have you had 182 days worth (six months)?
 or
 did you get any pay in lieu of notice (PILON) or holiday pay from your last company? If so this can affect JSA as if you claimed before the PILON period had ended this would be taken into consideration.
 Get down there asap with copy of online bank statement showing no payments in, they will then get you to take a form to bank who will sign and stamp it proving no money has gone in and they should then be able to do replacement, you can request a giro counter payment and see if they will accomodate this request!
