Help in ideas for a funeral tea

So sorry for your loss - can I suggest this is a time for families to pull together - you will find most people are keen to help but don't know what to do - if you make a food list and delegate to, say, 10 key people - i.e. cheese sandwiches one person, ham another, fondant cakes another, wine red/white, sausage rolls another, etc. it is done in no time and there's nothing like team work at a time like this - bring it all to the venue and then proceed to the funeral together with lots of cuddles and support.

Hi I have read with interest the ideas here. My best friend died yesterday and i figured the least I could do is all the catering. my friend is a judge in the rabbit showing world therefore there are likely to be 100s of people but I dont know how many. I have no idea how to cater for an unknown ammount of people any thoughts?
