Phones4U Cashback Offer

Hi all, was going over my mums bills this weekend as she's taking a bit of a cut in income and we're trying to get things to break even point.
She's paying way too much for her mobile bill at the moment, was talked in to taking a bigger contract than she needed by phones4u and I reckon we can save £15 a month on the contract cost.
She was offered a cashback deal with Vodafone through Phones4U at the time but I can't find anywhere on their (phone4u) t's and c's if they would claw back the cashback if the tariff was changed. It does say you can't change the tariff in the first 9 months, which is fine as she's out of that, but she's also in an 18 month contract.
After waiting for 3 hours on hold to the "customer service" department, I've given up
. Has anybody got any ideas if there will be a clawback or if she'll be safe switching tariffs?

If she downgrades she'll almost certainly lose any future cashback due. It's unlikely they would "claw back" anything - the cashback is with Phones4u and NOT Vodafone (who are taking the money every month from you). Don't touch cashback deals unless you do a LOT of research.0

She's already claimed all of her cashback so that's a good thing. She didn't really know what she was buying but the salesman did a good job evidentally.
The main thing was the clawback, so as long as they won't do that on what they've already paid out then that's perfect.
