SE k750i......Please help !

I hope someone can help.
My daughter has given me her old k750i and I can't for the life of me read the text messages as they're so feint............looks like the ink's run out !
Is it possible to change to text (font) or whatever it's called to a bolder one so my old aged pensioner eyes can see it more clearly ?
We haven't got a manual and she doesn't know how to change it.

its not possible to change the font size on the k750 afaik as every single character is a picture (or so ive heard)

Thankyou for that Keith, I've had a good look through the manual, but being a technophobe I can't see anything that would help me change it.
If you, or anyone can see how to do it, that's if it can be done I'd be very grateful..................If it's possible in very very plain english !

I wrote the last message without refreshing the page,so didn't see your reply before I replied to Keith........................Thanks anyway, I'll have to get a different phone as I genuinely cannot read incoming texts.
It seems strange that I can clearly read the text when creating a message...........The letters are much bolder !
