T-mobile Now Charging For 07744974333

This message is to alert members who use the 07744 number for international calls that T-mobile now excludes no.s 07744 etc which can connect to international destinations. After a long arguement with the rep, he told me that an email circular has been sent them to the effect that no refunds should be made to customers who have been charged for these numbers. He actually read the whole thing to my hearing.

yes and i only think they found out due to bank holiday. I think many people, like me, used the number during the day when you can use your minutes anytime, got charged then phoned t mobile. I queried it and they couldnt work out how it came up as free after 6pm but not before and under two separate call charge bands. some wise person must have called it, realised what kind of number it was and has stopped it.
