Jill - forgot to say, welcome back. I've missed you. Hows the weight loss campaign going? I lost 1.5lbs last week and am hoping to have a good week tonight. The fact that we are going to the pub and not staying for the exercise class is neither here nor there0

My first house i rented 18 months ago was £425 back then and now its going for £475 a month with no work done to it - look!

If i could get a tenancy anywhere now - i couldnt afford it!! Ive been priced out the rental market nevermind the buying side! As it is i wouldnt be able to rent anywhere cos i have no job... Even with OH when he sells his place we wont be able to rent (except this place from dad) cos OH's credit rating is sooo bad he probably couldnt even lend a fiver from a loan shark - never mind get a tenancy agreement:o
