Since you're all showing house. This : http://www.rightmove.co.uk/viewdetails-16949542.rsp?pa_n=3&tr_t=buy is my old house and this is on my side of the road just a little bit further down but basically what I have now except no central heating! Yes I did just move over the road and down a bit! http://www.rightmove.co.uk/viewdetails-19072022.rsp?pa_n=10&tr_t=rent
Not done much since I last posted except made a fresh fruit salad, tea, and done 2 wash loads. Busy looking at stuff on ebay I want to buy but can't justify :rotfl::rotfl:Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -

Oh see I hadn't thought that far ahead....
But yes!
Drive right up the side and a garage (though a bit shabby) at the end. So in a few years (when I totally have my HNC in Bio-something (not decided yet) and making my 25k a year) double story extension to extend my kitchen and a bathroom added upstairs.
Or, as my neighbour has done... Conservetory onto the kitchen and small en suite shower and loo in the big bedroom. It's the exact same layout. Must nosey as to how much that cost.
As pigpen said IF I had the money.... *dreams* I should not be this excited.
Potential! Thats whats important. You're debt free, which is fab and by using what you've learned to become debt free, you'll have your dream home. Sooner or later0 -

This house is in far better shape. We put gas C/H in 5 years ago and just put new wondows and doors in. But, it's small. Really, really small. And only 2 bedrooms. No drive either. Small back garden, on the main road...
That one has 3 bedrooms and potential. But bathroom downstairs. Kitchen is twice the legnth of mine. PC can go in the hall under the stairs (unless it's boxed in but I doubt it)... I'm moving my stuff in.. time to go see the morgage man I guess!0 -

There are two houses now up for sale on our street, its a new development of about 2 years and only 35 houses so people want to cash in from buying off plan. LOVE looking at what the others have done inside and the floorplans, have been in a couple of the neighbours houses and try and be 'cool' but really I want to nosey about so am loving Rightmove!
DH packed off to gym so I'm chilling with a glass of red. Some good news - I've just arranged for a friend from playgroup to come round with her LO for a coffee and have been invited to a party on Sat by a new friend at a new playgroup we've started at - hopefully I'm starting to make a little circle of friends! Light at the end of the tunnel LOL!
Won't be around till tomorrow afternoon as taking my 'tribe' out, IL's are looking after DS for an hour so going to local town that has loads of cheapie clothes shops to try and get a few bits.
Have a wonderful Wednesday my lovelies!Lightbulb moment 15th Feb 2007:doh: Now Debt Free and plan on it staying that way!
