Been to the post office - 5 parcels gone so need to update ebay in a minute. :D

Also went down to Asda with DD, got a smaller roasting tin (one I had was large one suitable for 4, no good when only serving 2  ), then tinned stuff, medicine for DD, and DD bought 6 DVDS using the end of her birthday cash! Okay so 3 are the Dr Dolittle box set, but she's made up. She's now sitting watching Scooby Doo, will apparently be trying to watch Scooby Doo 2 straight after and also has "A series of unforunate events" :rotfl:

I've hurt my leg and I don't know how so I'm going to sit down and do easy jobs for the rest of the day :o Its either that or I'm having sympathy pains for Johanne :rotfl::rotfl: Most of the list can wait until tomorrow when DD WILL be going back to school ;)

    Laters
Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.
Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!

    :hello:

I have just done my HHC, the house looks better but with mount everest slowly getting bigger i have no motivation what so ever, i really must do the ironing tonight.

Well my kids arrived home and both have been given warning cards, my ds was being dragged to the ground by some other kid and my dd stepped in to help by using her packed lunch bag:o anyways my son is filthy and this other kid as got away without a warning card, thats real fair isn't it! I feel like taking my ds's clothes for his mother to wash! I must admit i a quite proud of dd she was bullied for years and is only now starting to stand up to the baddies!
I don't want my children to scrap with anyone but have always told them to watch out for each other. DD has now 'stated i am not helping him again, i have never had a warning card before'. She is devastated as she thinks it goes on record for life:rolleyes: and ds, well he is far too laid back to be bothered by it at all.:rotfl:
You can touch the dust but please don't write in it !

Would you like to speak to the man in charge, or the woman who knows whats happening?

managed to almost clear the ironing pile. The iron had something icky on it though - probably from when the MIL ironed for me, so i have stopped and will clean it later when it cools. The ironing pile has nearly gone, but it is such a shame about the airers being full of nearly dry stuff that will need to say hello to the iron.

Done some internet banking today - it was my last full pay check, and i have moved all of it plus some from the guy paying for my old car to our savings for the time being. If it is sat there we will only fritter it, so it might as well be gone for now.

About 45 minutes till i need to pick up DS, so i think i might wash up and then do a bit more on the rug. I've done quite a bit today, but no school work unfortunately. I have no motivation at all for that now i am not there, in fact, if i don't sort it this week i will be saying, tough, couldn't do it, as i will find it hard enough to keep on top of everything anyway once DS finishes nursery.

Bonus - DH has offered to take DS to nursery for the rest of this week. I don't know how fair that is on him, but at least it is an option if i am struggling.

My two have come home from school and starting bickering....bless their little hearts (not). So, i've decided to sit down and do nothing. DD is a little shocked and has gone stamping off to her room muttering about how awful I am. DS has sat down to do his homework. 1/2 isn't bad!!!

    I've just got the porch to sort out. I'm not vacuuming as my hand is sore and DH has said he'll do it later. I've also;

    - done a washing load
    - put two loads of washing away (didn't need ironing)
    - washed our bed sheets
    - dried out sheets (DH can make the bed again).

I need to wash DDs outdoor PE kit and to the porch now and i've got a council meeting to go to later where i'm going to do a lot of complaining. At least i've got that to look forward to.

    Happy days xx

    I scare myself at times....

Cleaning the kitchen cupboards idly thinking 'Hey, if one of those 3 bed houses over the back go up for sale I could sell this 2 bed one to my little bro. It would be cool, work out great and stuff.'

So then I sit down and look at rightmove....

And there is one of those 3 beds for sale.... The one we looked at 5 years ago before buying this (its the street behind us) and we have always said 'we should have just bought that 3 bed you know'.

I must not hyperventilate. I must not hyperventilate. I must not hyperventilate.

I must look and go 'Oh the living room is gross, look at that horrid gas fire and those disgusting cupboards'.

But Oh My God! I want it I want it I want it! I phoned to arrange a viewing.... They will phone back....

Cool tia...go for it. We went for the house we wanted to end up in and skimped and saved every penny and still ended up in debt so, in hindsite, I reckon you did it the right way. Happy viewing xx
