Whoes the best CEO at O2 to help sort my account out?

After pretty much banging my head against a brick wall talking to people on the phone today and asking why my phone bill has shot up by over £20 a month I think it’s going to be easier if I get them to come to me.

I’ve tried doing a bit of searching and turned up the names Matthew Key & Peter Erskine as CEO's and they are good at helping people with problems.

Trouble is the post I found their names in was back in 2006 so do they still work for O2 and if so does anyone have their email addresses please or know anyone better to contact?

Recently written and e-mail to Matthew Key. His office reply(Customer Service) rang my phone and part sort out my contract. I took a chance and wrote using Firstname.surname@o2.com
