orange billing problems

I am having problems with orange over my last bill! my billing date is from the 5th of the month and the tariff I am on is 200 any number/time minutes and 500 texts. I received my bill for july into august and it was over a £100! when I checked it on the first page the had back dated and charged me for all the calls I had made in june to a 02 number it came to over £21 plus VAT! these should have been included in my 200 minutes. I have been in contact with orange since regarding this and they said they have had a lot of complaints from customers who had been charged for dialling a specific o2 dialling code and would look into it! today they called me to say they would refund me £1.26 plus VAT! I am not accepting this as if they had a computer error and the calls where not deducted from my inclusive minutes that is their problem and for them to sort out!
I have finally decided that after 8 or so years I am finally cancelling my contract with them in December!

What was the code? Was actually an o2 phone or some sort of dial-through number?

it was a normal o2 code 07725, its my boyfriends mobile! they said they had received a lot of complaints re calls for that month to that code being charged and that their was an error! its just how much they want to refund!
