BT speed tester has been having capacity problems this last six months .
https://www.speedtest.net is useful as more than one server and it stores a record of your tests .Point to bear in mind is that none of these speed testing sites are 100% accurate .

From your line stats you should be able to get 8128Kbps with an IP profile of 7.15 Mbps on adsl max.
Only way to get that is by connecting directly to the master socket and making sure your internal wiring is ok - as I said before if at all possible try connecting via test socket and if your Current rate Down (Sync Rate) is a lot better then you know your wiring/setup is suspect.
