Failure to reply to CCA request - 1st credit

HI i have adebt with littlewoods who have now passed the debt to ndr i have just recieved a default notice from them asking for payment i signed up for an account with littlewoods over the net so i only click the sign box does this mean that they have a cca as i have read that if they dont have one when i request one im in my rights not to pay the debt or does this sign by clicking the box mean they have a cca:jIt's unlikely that Wescot will comply with the items below (especially the refund), but it does no harm to try.
