    Make sure the motherboard isnt over-stressed i.e screwed down to the point where it bends, check to make sure all hardware is fixed securely, make sure the m/b is not shorting out on the mounting plate, check the memory is ok physicaly and check it with mem test or even better download the ulimate boot cd as this has tonns of diag tools on it.
    Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? This is a simple question of evolution. The day is quickly coming when every knee will bow down to a silicon fist, and you will all beg your binary gods for mercy.

    Just a thought....
    Would the EDIE DVD RW be having compatability problems with the SATA 2 HDD's??????

    is EDIE the make of the dvd rw, have to checked that the hardware is in correctly
