Nationwide not giving Direct Debit list to new bank

Hi MarkyMarkD
Thanks for your advice. I believe a lot of people prefer to keep both accounts running until everything is watertight.
My reservation is, Nationwide only pay a paltry 0.08% net if less than £500 a month is being paid in. I feel that kind of defeats the purpose of switching to the higher paying current account.
I'm going to take a chance and hope that the changeover does go smoothly and I will monitor the accounts daily until everything is in place.
Thanks again for your advice, much appreciated, Genny0
