AOL help

At the end of January we were having lots of problems with AOL so decided to move. We contact AOL saying we wanted to cancel and wanted our MAC code. We then signed up with someone else.

AOL have still be charging us. They were contacted in March stating we had cancelled and the guy assured my OH that it had been cancelled. I have just been checking statements to find they have taken money out again.

What can I do to get this money back? We can afford to lose this money as it was meant to go toward paying for our new provider.

Was the payment by Direct Debit from your current account? If so, ask your bank for a Direct Debit indemity form. You fill this in, and they are obliged to give you your money back straight away.
