I submitted 12 codes between 1 - 1.30pm on the website using purchase codes and usually almost straight away previously I got an email saying "unlucky" . Today however I have received no emails. I phoned the number printed above and read out one of the codes and she said it is still available which means none of the 12 codes I submitted have registered. She did not say there was a fault on their website just try again!!! How can we make them aware that it isn't just a one off?

Its good o know that I'm not the only one who's had this problem then! They don't seem to want to listen. I thought it very cheeky of them to then (after my phonecall) send me an e-mail to say I had'nt won on the 9.56 am draw!!! I NEVER even entered that draw (thats just 1 e-mail, and they only managed to get my e-mail address because I gave it to them over the phone when they asked to check how many entries were made against it!), but what happened to all the rest of the hundreds of responses I'm due? If you gave them your e-mail, you may also get this one e-mail from them.

you know what they probably run out of ipods all of them have gone to the staff and they might just announce one winner throughtout these two days and thats about it theyre just making money now on our behalf and then they will blame it on the system saying theres too many entering at once blah blah

The draw with the least entries yesterday had over 1000 entries,, obviously lots of people had the idea to wait until the end of the promo..

i entered two more codes this morning & got replies saying i hadn't won, but the times were different to the draw i entered so obviously something is not working right.
it's just ridiculous, like you said wapow, i bet they ran out of ipods or something but then will blame it on "problems with the site".

also, has anyone else noticed that the clock does not match on each page? it tells you there is 2:20 mins left till the next draw, then when you submit the code, the clock time does not match what it should do.
The site is also lagging a lot today, i hit submit (on a broadband connection) & it lags for ages before going through. so frustrating

i won on monday and i called them on monday at 4pm and gave them details and they said it would be delivered by 2-5 working days ! its been 4 days since nothing each time i come back from uni nothing as arrived from walkers should i wait and see or phone on monday ?? please help thanks

well they did say 2-5 days & if it's only been 4 days, i'd wait a bit longer before calling them. You know what Royal Mail is like, & also, they must be pretty busy in the Walkers Mail room! I'd say wait at least a week & then try calling them again. Lucky you for winning, that's all I can say!

Yep i noticed that looooong time ago, sumthins just not rite....... then they messed around wid the results graphs, but its the end soon

and im sad 2 admit that Walkers has officially defeated me !! :mad: all those people who won and multiple won are sooooo lucky !!! :eek: :eek: dam you walkers i wont be buying YOUR Crisp 4 a very Long time 2 come :wall: grrr
