Ours is still going strong,. no problems at all, 4 years old now !
  • We really enjoy our self build, most used room in the house. Quality is so much better than some pro installs I have seen.
  • We had one done and it was a nightmare. We ordered through redbrook themselves who also recommended their installers. We cannot open the doors and the company refuses to accept any responsibility whatsoever so we are now left with a faulty product which will cost thousands to put right.

Maybe the fitter didn't install it correctly, its not there fault if that's the case you need to chase up the installer
  • Just spotted this thread. When we were looking to replace our old conservatory, we decided to go down the DIY route, and we asked Redbrook whether they installed (this was about 12 months ago). They told us that they would not recommend any installers (probably for that reason), and that they only supplied the farmes and the roof etc but that installation was relatively simple (apparently ours was not a particularly complicated one), and although we were a little nervous, the quotes we had for the whole job with fitting were almost double what we ended up paying .... Steve at redbrook was brilliant, and he even gave us his mobile so that we could ring if we had any questions .. as it turned out we only had to ring with a couple of minor questions, and he didnt even mind that it was Sunday afternoon. The finished job is as good if not better than we were expecting, and we did it ourselves. They even sent us a thank you from them for recommending one of our neighbours.

This sounds like an intereresting idea - is this to shade the conservatory during hot weather?
