You can order the movie package through your sky box, that's what I did, onlytook a few minutes.

Quick update:

I just tried allcustomercareescalations@bskyb.com but get a 'mail delivery failed' message. james.murdoch@bskyb.com seems to work fine though - will see if it makes any difference to the response I get .

You can always use the number that is provided on the saynoto0870 webiste, it is a freephone number and it asks you for your viewing card number but just put any random numbers into the phone and after you do it the 3rd time you will be transfered though to customer service

i have just attempted to use this number and there is a message that this number is not currently active from good old sky, i have just given up on the 0844822201 number after pressing lots of link numbers i was told by a recording that my max wait would be 9 minutes, i gave up after 11 minutes.
