  • I posted this a while back and this is for anyone who missed it.
If you need to ring Sky for anything at all then DO NOT ring the number that is 08702 or 08705 only use this free one.It will say "welcome to the Disney Channel " do not worry ,just press option 1 and there you will be in the "usual " Sky queue and its FREE !!!!!!!!!!!!

    Here is the number.......

    0800 279 3366

I got the distinct impression she was trying to keep me on the phone for a longer call. Thanks to this freephone number, this didn't bother me in the slightest.

Haha, I don't suppose you told her that though? Would have been more funny!

BTW I called Sky 200-250+ times to try and get moved over when BSB closed. That was on a phone with a DIAL! We started counting sometime after 50-ish attempts for a laugh (yeah reet funny)

Has it ever dawned on any of these Sky subscribers, that if the customer sevice is that bad, maybe it's really really not worth bothering with..

20-50 minutes to get the premium line (for the uninformed) phone answered and paying up to £40 a month for the privilege.

I had Sky once, a long long time ago. Took me 90 seconds to subscribe, half an hour of a phone call, on hold, to unsubscribe.

    Never, I say. Never.

freeview - Free to air digital tv ??
    apparently it's all the rage...

(never mind ADSL2 (28 Mbps), which will wipe out Sky long before the analogue gets switched off)
