If you need to ring Sky for anything at all then DO NOT ring the number that is 08702 or 08705 only use this free one.It will say "welcome to the Disney Channel " do not worry ,just press option 1 and there you will be in the "usual " Sky queue and its FREE !!!!!!!!!!!!
Here is the number.......

Always worth checking before you dial0 -
I rang them tonight and it said 2your call will be answered in under TWENTY MINUTES i thought no probs its free and on speaker phone.
I also got a good deal as well.I rang to get a call out on my skyplus box which hads died, they offered a call out including a refurb box for £65.I said no i would have to cancel as i could not afford £65.the woman put me on hold (who cares its freephone)and then returned and said that i will get a FREE callout and a refurbished repalcement skyplus box.
I used to work for $ky and its true if you "threaten to cancel" and sound as if you mean it thaey will usually come round to your way of thinking and even if you do cancel you WILL get a phone call a few hours/days later with a DEAL !!!!!!Onwards and Upwards0 -
I thought i would just bump this to the top again.
Far to many of you are STILL PAYING to phone $ky customer services. This FREEPHONE number still works .
Dial 0800 279 3366
THEN PRESS option 1 "Happy days" a free call to $ky....Onwards and Upwards0 -
thanks.... anything that saves you money....

I phoned sky last week and was advised the call would be answered in under 36 minutes, 50 minutes later i still hadnt spoken to anyone.
Armed with this freephone number i will hang on until someone speaks to me this time0 -

I used this number recently when I had to report a fault. After being put through to cancellations when they tried to charge me the £65 callout charge (which was waived). The woman on the phone started talking about the days news. I thought she was waiting for a confirmation through the system. It was only after 10 minutes or so of chatting about the days headlines, that I asked her if there was anything else she was waiting for. She told me there wasn't.
I got the distinct impression she was trying to keep me on the phone for a longer call. Thanks to this freephone number, this didn't bother me in the slightest. How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?
