The 6.5% offer is not valid from Monday 14th. That's what it said on their screen where staff get news on products.
I opened one today and got 6.5%.
My branch said any opened tomorrow [Saturday] would be processed as being opened on Monday so will only get 5%.
Try your branch tomorrow as some people are saying any opened tomorrow [Saturday] will get 6.5%0 -

The offer finished in branches that do not open on a Saturday morning at close of business on 11th April.
If you went into a Saturday opening branch you should have had the offer.
From the open for business on Monday the rate drops to 5% for £9k+ fixed for 12 months.0 -

I opened these last month by transferring money in from another ISA and was going to pop in this morning to put this year's 3,600 in - but it looks like I cannot do that now? This is not financial nor legal nor property advice. Consult a paid professional if in doubt.0
