sorry dont know the ins and outs of your case, in the case of the op the mistake made was leaving feedback before checking the product (I would not expect this from buyers). I have no issue with buyers taking a few extra days to test a product before leaving feedback/reporting back but feel neither party should leave feedback until the transaction is complete and everyone is happy. If for some reason a buyer wants me to feedback first then I will do so as long as I have confirmation from them that goods have been received and are as described and all is well.

I am surprised that your machine is a R2 player only, most machines sold in the UK are now multi region. By using the above link you can make your machine multi region by typing a few numbers on your remote control. Follow the instructions carefully.

I have 900 DVDs in my collection which over half are R1 and around 20% are R3. R1 and R3 DVDs are cheaper and have more and better extras in most cases.
