What's the "coolest-looking" credit card?

I think a credit card is like a mobile phone somewhat in that it is seen as a fashion accessory to a certain degree, when you are dating a sexy blonde in an Italian restaurant the last thing you want be handing over to the waiter is a Vanquis or Capital One Sub Prime Visa. Being a holder of the latter two I get away with my Monument Visa which looks like a Platinum Visa.
Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? This is a simple question of evolution. The day is quickly coming when every knee will bow down to a silicon fist, and you will all beg your binary gods for mercy.0 -

good for you!
my groovy, slinky black M&S Money card rocks my boat.....I get some vouchers on my spending so that will do me...
don't really think anyone's ever noticed what card I've got....For what I've done...I start again...And whatever pain may come ...Today this ends... I'm forgiving what I've done -AF since June 20070 -
My nectar CC is purple with a see through bit at the bottom where my name is printed. And my name has like a silver and purply sheen to it (so different colours at different angles). Very nice. My RBS gold card is nice but in a classic way. Am working on designs to put my own photo on it (it costs £10 though so I am thinking about it carefully... had a play with 5 of my photos so far on their website)Kavanne

The coolest card I have ever seen is the one that sends you a statement every month saying New Balance 00.000

It doesn't matter how much in debt you are getting, just how good you look doing it!

Well the OP said he is going to pay in full straightaway...
But I agree with you. Who cares? 10 years ago it was seen as cool to have a mobile phone and having Platinum credit card gave you instant "rich snob" label accross your forehead.
Nowadays noone cares!!!!!!!!!!!!:cool:0 -

Sorry mate I doubt she will have any idea what the difference between the cards is!!
My sister is snob of all snobs and will not be paying by "EGG" card - but she had no idea that I am paying by Tesco credit card for months!! Unless you are expert as the lot of us here are, you wouldn't know as noone out there cares - as long as you can pay with it it's doing it's job.
Or how do you think so many people get into such a debts without knowing it? BECAUSE THEY HAVEN'T GOT A CLUE WHAT ACTUALLY CREDIT CARD IS AND HOW TO USE IT. :j0 -
