    Hi,

I'm a big fan of no knead bread baking too. I tend to use the 'Artisan Bread in 5 Minutes a Day' method. They've got a good website with lots of the recipes etc on it - an overview with the basic recipe is here :

    http://www.artisanbreadinfive.com/?p=1616

They've got a couple of books, which are worth buying if you start getting into it - but the main recipes are all on the website so you can try them out first...

    EDIT: just realised there's already a whole thread about abin5 : https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/1001965

Flower pot bread is good for portions, but I dont see why you cannot just make an average sized loaf and freeze it

    Hi

I sometimes halve recipes to try them out. But when I make bagels, buns and sourdough bread I go by the recipe and freeze most of it.

Thanks all. The oven works and I followed the no knead bread instruction. But the 'bread' came out wet and sticks to the knife, unlike the shop bought ones. Is there anything going wrong?

Tap the loaf on the bottom. If it sounds hollow, it is cooked.
