ok, pics for judging. It is a little well done but it's my oven. I accidentally washed off the temperature markings, so sometimes I get it wrong (the brownies i made for work people last sunday - still burnt in the cupboard). Dead crispy and yummy.Took a pic of the middle so you could see the texture etc. Yum.
Be nice he heA little nonsense now and then is relished by the wisest men

Ha ha ha ha ha! Laugh away, I put it up for a chuckle anyway.:rotfl:Believe me i was amused . Tasted good though
I figure by openly being an idiot and showing off silly mistakes, then it helps other people not feel so bad about their misgivings! I learn from other peoples mistakes, so I hope they learn from mine!
Made some interesting shaped sandwiches though, i can tell you. I ate with my back to everyone in work, so they wouldn't ask what on earth i was eating. They all think my lunches are dead exciting how i make all this stuff?
Ohhhh! Thanks very much ! Woopeeeee! Penny said my bread was good! Off to nab a slice with cheese, yum yums.A little nonsense now and then is relished by the wisest men

Heres my 1st go today, really pleased with the rolls!:j
Wished I'd made loaf in a tin tho, I think the rolls could pass as shop bought. I used fresh yeast and I cant believe how quickly it proved, its a nice sunny day here in the North WestLoved our trip to the West Coast USA. Death Valley is the place to go!0 -

No it is dead exciting! Dead proud or something!
Oh gosh, youve more patience than me, i would have devoured one of the rolls warm with butter, and said nothing!
Excellent - did you prove it overnight in the fridge then? Or just at room temp?
Your bread looks better than mine! I would love to make a big massive one, but only me eating it, and i would prefer to make it fresh - but will freeze one sliced soon for emergencies
