i'm in the process of making some bread but the recipe on the little packet of dried yeast says knead for ten mins, shape into baps or put into tins ,let rise for 30 mins then put in oven??????...what do i do???? i have always knocked back and then shaped and left to prove before baking...do i follow my heart or the recipe???0

oh god.....i followed the recipe!!!...i'm sure it's not right ,and it's really not like me to follow any recipe slavishly...BUT...it was staring at me from the back of the packet, seemingly mocking my usual bread-making method....i'ts in the oven so i, and you, shall know in about 30 minutes whether i am an easily led fool or not..ho hum0
