Have u tried asking this question at https://www.washerhelp.com?, he knows all known problems.
  • Got problem again...can't rememember how I cured it last time:mad:
  • our washer suffers from this too. luckily (or foolishly :D) i took out the extended warrantly when purchased, and quarter or so, an engineer has been out to replace the drawer and top plate over the past 5 years.. (apparantly a new drawer and plate are pounds).

the warrantly is set to run out next month (i managed to get a change in this week ;) ) and when booking the last slot, i mentioned the drawer was blocked, and her reply was "is it the fabric conditionerer".. trying to take this further, she was reluctant to give any details :D

Not sure what im going to do when the next "clean" is required though.. anyone tried one of those universal maintance agreements where they cover multiple appliances.. or are they not worth it :o
  • Hmmm...is it a Bosch you have then?

Maybe look into a 'maintainance policy'.....anyone have experience of these?
  • hello you will find that the blue plastic bit in the drawer comes out seperatley if you take this apart from the main draw and give it a good clean with a toothbrush/cottonbud plus the hole that is under this blue part that should hopefully solve the problem.Regards leachy.

My wife said there was a little tube at the back of the Bosch soap drawer which fell out of sight one day. Now the liquid does not drain away. Some kind of siphon? What is described as siphon in BSH parts list not the same. Anybody know which part it is?
