Carphonewarehouse Terms & Conditions Error, get money back
Hello.
I recently upgraded my mobile phone with carphonewarehouse, my first bill was about £220! I looked into this and there were charges for mobile web broswing charged at £3/MB, this is currently wrong, I was told by a cusotmer service representive that they havent updated there system.
On the 1st of Feb the new deal was £3/MB up to a max of £1 a day. They still run on the old £3/MB. I rang them up and pointed this out, seems they dont even know there own terms and conditions.
Awful service. If you have had the same trouble as me, ring them up and they will give you a credit your account.
