I have had my latest phone now about three weeks & it has developed a fault where the screen goes either blank or multicoloured.
I have spoken to 3 and they have offered to repair the phone using their three day service or to take into a Car Phone Warehouse shop.
Now as I understand my rights if I have purchased goods and they have developed a fault within an unreasonable time I'm entitled to a refund or replacement.
Am I correct or are there different laws for mobile phones.
