    *snip*

But i am waiting for 1250 points from love film, they're proving very hard to claim though!!

Hi suzieee :) It took a lot of emails from me to PB to try to get my 1250pp - I sent screen shots of every stage of the signup process, I sent the confirmation email & was told that they didn't have the file, then when I chased again I wasn't on the file! I sent the screen shots again with a stronger worded email & they eventually gave me my points!

This had taken so long I was 2 weeks away from the 3 months extra 150pp - so I chased those at the right time & low & behold, they were still waiting for that file so could I provide proof that I was still a member of Lovefilm.... In the end, I rang LoveFilm & asked if they could possibly help me as I was having enormous trouble with Pigsback saying I hadn't joined via their referral link & I wasn't on the relevant files. This wonder lady at Lovefilm (Anita) sorted an email in about 5 mins which confirmed I had joined with the PB code & that I was still a member & had made 4 payments to them so far. I sent this off to PB & PB then manually added those points too.

An awful palava but Lovefilm were so helpful, I was really impressed with their customer service! I would say don't give up & don't take the crap that you aren't on the file or if they are waiting for the file then don't let it drop there! Best of luck! :)

I haven't had my Racecaller points for March, despite appearing in the Pigsback league and having the appropriate betting history on the Racecaller site. Haven't had a response to my emailed enquiry, either.

Ohno, I thought I would have trouble getting those points! Still waiting on mine for joining lovefilm (which is great BTW!), so I'll e-mail pigsback, but if I don't get any joy there, I'll try Lovefilm directly. Thanks for that!
