a while ago, i clicked on something that give the top40 isa accounts but i cant remember where i found it. Was it on this site or a link from this site. cant find it now and i want to show someone where their isa is. My natwest one was somewhere in the middle

I've done MSE forum search without success
The best I can locate is MoneyExtra - Compare ISA's
The best ISA's I know of are Halifax - Bank of Scotland, Yorkshire Building Society and Nationwide.
Hopefully someone else will have the golden site - I'd like to look as well
