Saturday: Steak + Guinness Pie
Sunday: Crispy Duck Pancakes
Monday: Balsamic Courgette Pasta
Tuesday: Mustard Pork Chops w/ Gnocci + Kohl Rabi
Wednesday: Quick Chicken Curry w/ Rice + Popadoms
Thursday:
Friday: Naan bread Pizzas
will fill in the blanks later0 -
Not joined in before, but fancy having a go!
Mon- cheats moussaka (and make one to freeze)
Tue- Cauli + broccoli pasta bake (and make one to freeze)
Wed- Salmon, spinach and new pots (in laws poss coming over)
Thur- Curry from freezer
Fri- Fish and ....? depends what's in the veg box delivery!
Sat- Pizza (treat- 1/2 price at Morrisons!)
Sun- Prob chicken and chick tonight sauce and veggies.
Also got some fresh pasta in the freezer, just in case!!0 -
Well, I can post mine I suppose, I did start and do it earlier in the week but iti didn't get done. It's changed several times!
Sun: Sea bass, potatoes and salad
Mon: Salmon, haddock and cheese sauce (I asked my MIL to bring 'a little piece of fish' for ds to tempt him to eat, there was about a pound!)
Tues: Change of plan, lamb casserole and bubble and squeak from the freezer. easy for a poorly girl to delegate.
Wed: Pasta and turkey/ham with mushroom sauce. I keep finding more turkey in the freezer!
Thursday: Chorizo and beans (Freezer)
Friday: Burgers (F)and potato wedges
Saturday: Meal out courtesy of MIL, for DH's birthday.[SIZE=-1]"Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad"[/SIZE]
