SUNDAY : Pizza, oven chips & curry sauce.
Lord knows how next week will turn out, I'm dreading the mess & the upheaval. I managed to defrost my freezer today though.
Have a great week folks!!!0 -

I suppose I should get this started, I usually finish it on a Friday so I can go shopping before the weekend, with the children being off school this of course doesn't matter, but studying got in the way so I haven't even checked the freezer....bother...so time to try it from memory as I'm not going out in the garage now....I'll no doubt have to edit zillion times but will see what I can come up with for now.
Friday - Chicken breast stuffed with cheese and wrapped in bacon, served with veg and wedges
Saturday - Chilli (quorn mince but shhh! don't tell anyone) DS1 fish
Sunday - B&P risotto for me, chicken for the boys (DP away)
Monday - Roast dinner - if I can't find beef it'll be sausages
Tuesday - Burgers in buns
Wednesday - Something with mozarella because I have lots
Thursday - Prawn curry? One day I might be more organised...........
