1899 from Sipgate line no longer working??

A few weeks ago I signed up to Sipgate and got myself an account and telephone number.

I registered the telephone number on my call1899 account and was able to dial the 08081708708 access code and get through and dial phone numbers from there.

This was ideal - no line rental, free calls to landlines and billing through call1899.

However, I have just come back from a couple of weeks away on holiday and now when I dial the call1899 access number I just get the "An error has occured, please try again" message.

Are you no longer able to do what I was doing a few weeks ago? Has anybody else had this problem?
