I emailed the seller telling her it was fake. She has offered a full refund if I send it back to her. Should I do this or report her to ebay for selling fake goods. She says she had no idea it was fake.0

You don't have to send it back if it's a fake. Ask for a refund anyway.
If it's not forthcoming, open a dispute. My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
I have emailed the seller asking for a refund. Unsurprisingly she's not answered. I can't open a dispute until 10 days after the auction ended.
I bought from her partly because she hadn't bought/sold any other links of london stuff. I bought the item on Friday 4th April. She sent me a message saying she was away till the Monday and would send item when she got home. On Saturday the 5th she won an auction for links of london empty packaging! She didn't send the bracelet till Tuesday 8th. She told me she thought it was genuine as it looks good!0 -
I may be talking rubbish (whats new) but I was sure I read somewhere that Links of London was a VERO on ebay and wasn't supposed to be sold on there. Anyone else remeber reading this?!0

An update.................
I opened a not as described dispute through paypal as seller refused a refund.
Sent the bracelet back to her as paypal said to do it. She has issued a refund now which is pending it says while paypal investigate. That seems to have automatically closed the dispute.
The seller is reselling the bracelet on ebay. In her new listing she now states no refunds if you don't like the bracelet as she has already been messed about!! The bracelet is FAKE. Mrs BC likes them fine but not fake ones!
I have reported the listing. Not leaving feedback till I have the refund in my hand but would like to warn potential buyers that the item is fake. Is there any way of doing this without leaving feedback yet?0 -
LEGALLY you have to return the item fake or not i think this also always applie to ebay and paypal and credit card chargebacks too.0

You can report the auction on ebay if she's relisted it, there's a "report this listing" link at the very bottom of the item's auction page. Just state in brief why you are so sure its fake.
And I would urge you to report it, £55 is a lot for a piece that doesn't even appear to be silver given the lack of hallmark and if the next buyer isn't switched on to how it should look they've paid a fortune for a piece of tat.
Btw the shape of the Links boxes is fairly random and in itself wouldn't denote a fake but as a previous poster said everything comes in a pouch within the box.0 -
There are loads of LOL items on ebay whether it's vero or not.
I was interested in one a while back and it wasnt cheap so I thought it may be genuine.
I emailed the seller before hand and asked if it was fake, I said it was for a gift for a friend who has lots of LOL items and she would know, and I didnt want to be embarassed giving her a fake!!!
The seller emailed me back and said:
If I were you, I would avoid this auction"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Its one way to find out!!0
