Again - where? I can't find that posting? You may be able to get that price down a bit more with greasypalm or rpoints though.

If you think that previous deal ended 17/8 then this is still a worthwhile post as its the cheapest current deal? No?

There are lots of great deals in the past but this must be worth a listing as it is still available TODAY :)

Yes it was, I bought a couple the other week.

Welcome to the marketing world of Dell, a £100 off or £8 more than last week! Which ever way you want to look at it.

Thats the thing about dell, you can't compare the 'current' deals to previous ones, because that way they don't make any sense. This deal is a worthwhile listing because its the current deal, and any laptop new for circa £350 is a good deal (particularly as as of next Wednesday 31st it will resort back to £449).

However start mentioning previous deals and because of the way dell works it doesn't look like a bargain, yet it is as its the 'current deal'...

A £299 laptop deal from Dell may be a day off or a year off. The £349 deal is whats here TODAY and maybe thats whats important to people looking for a laptop for the kids going back to school next week.

yes ok pgilc1 ... your the best money saver current deal finder type person ever

still think a 200 quid dell is only weeks away given the current retail situation ... online or not , i need one for my son for xmas .... so these deals are always worth pointing out , and isnt there a 5% discount code doing the rounds

oh by the way when i bought my dell i just asked for 10% and got 8%

I think the one for £341 was a different spec. 30gig HD and 1.3GHz processor
this ones 40 gig and 1.4.

But who knows whats coming up.
