Tiscali Up/Down Grading

If you are with Tiscali for your Broadband CHECK YOUR PACKAGE. I was paying £24.99 for 1mb Unlimited after being upgraded by them. Checked their web site and found 2mb Unlimited use for £17.99. Phoned them up on freephone number and the guy said "yep, that would be faster and cheaper, would you like to upgrade?". Questions about why I wasn't informed about this better package got no responce.

It just shows how much respect they have for their customers.
COunt yourself lucky they didnt trash your connection at the time of upgrade......they dont even bother to check if your line can take the higher speed line.....and it will then take them months to repair it.illegitimi non carborundum0 -
Aaaargh!!! I've just upgraded my Tiscali connection, and they've suddenly cut my web space from 50MB to 20MB!!! Quota exceeded error!!! Abandon ship!!! Why couldn't the ****s have warned me? Grrrr!0
