it will be spotted and probably restarted. This happened to the euro tunnel machine. Then they make it available to pre-approved bidders only. So you have to e-mail them to show your interest then they will tell you, you can bid.
But i would laugh if emma kicks off and takes them to court or something (as it is a legally binding contract when you bid) and gets 6 mill for it ;D0 -
