Isa Transfer In Flexible Mini Cash Isa With Good Interest

I wonder if you can help me. I have 3 Cash ISAS spread in 2 different banks and their interest rate is rubbish. I am looking to open a new cash isa for this year and transfer everything into one. Thing is that I would like to have a monthly paid interest and not be bound to not being able to get the money out if needed.
I would also prefer to go with a British bank for safety reasons. The choice is so big and I would prefer to go for reccommandation.

Monthly interest and transfer-in and British bank. Check out the savings tables at the Financial Services Authority http://www.fsa.gov.uk/tables , The best rate with those requirements seems to be Intelligent Finance at 5.35% AER. But there are much better rates than that if you can accept annual interest (or Icelandic Banks).0
